AOD shift kit?

Default AOD shift kit?

Okay, for a future mod.... Anyone have some good info on the best shift kit for an AOD? I heard this TransGo Was the best to go with.

Either that or B&M. They pretty much make the same thing. You can't go wrong and will notice a big diff.

Off the line, what benefit would I see? My C4 that I had did have a shift kit in it. I never had an Auto and then installed a shift kit so, I don't know what the difference would be or feel like between the two. I know the longevity would increase by a big margin. I know the shifts are more firm and stay in gear longer. But, off the line, what's the benefit?

I have heard nothing but good about transgo, but I've never used it. Do not know if they include the needed spacer for the TV limit valve. You can fab it yourself though.
Bore #6 must do...

Maybe no diff off the line...a high stall torque converter would do that trick.
