Default repair manual

i'm planning on fixing up some stuff on a 289 and was wondering which repair manual would be a good purchase. i was looking at the haynes and the chiltons?

There is an excellent book out there called "How To Rebuild Your Small Block Ford" by Bob Mannell(I think that's correct). Most bookstores(Walden,Borders,Barnes & Noble) carry it. It's loaded with info.

cool.... i picked up the haynes because it was the only one i could find locally besides the chiltons. i really didn't ilike chiltons either. i am going to order small block ford one on amazon since i couldn't find it locally. thanks again guys
