Im in the middle of putting a rebuilt I6 back into my '66 to replace the one that exploded...i like original...but thats my opinion

get an EFI I6 out of a later ford and rebuild it and do some head-work and you will be happy and you will have a nice torquey motor

im gonna tell u wut i tell everyone on here that has an I6 and r thinking about swappin dont just modify the 6 there r plenty of parts out there to do it at www.classicinlines.com and if u do decide to keep it check out www.fordsix.com and go to the forums there r plenty of people there who would be willing to help u with wutever questions u may have about ur I6
