I believe the guys name is Halicki who made the original movie, I saw a Biography movie on him, He died in
one of his movies and they still released it, half done. His wife-widow was in a big lawsuit about copyright
infringements over the name Gone in 60 seconds and Eleanor. Gone In 60 Seconds

That's a Bold statement brother ....I will def. check out the orig. but i must say even though their not muscle cars the scene in RONIN w/deniro is on top of that list with BULLIT.
Seems like every movie that comes out these days is a REMAKE of some sorts,...

ORIGINAL: valley firearms
For all you kids who thought Elinore was a 67-68 fastback, think again. This movie has some corny acting but the chase scene is 10X better than Bullit.

Not a Mustang movie but "Vanishing Point" and "Two Lane Blacktop" are cool car movies. not much in the way of lines or plots, but cool cars and footage in them. Dont have the original Gone in 60 yet, but I have the rest on DVD, well not two lane, couldnt get it for very long on DVD, quality sucked anyway.
All the technical inaccuracies and impossiblities in the Nick Cage version just ruined it. If you know much about cars, you sit there the entire time and wonder WTF where they thinking? and yeah right, sure sure.. Hollywood is clueless about cars, as evidenced by "false and Fictitious 1-2-3" and movies like xXx, and the obvious "Gone" remake..
bleah, cant watch any of those lame BS movies.. ick..
