Default camshaft

hey guys i am putting my 302 back together, i wanted to know how to get out the old cam bearings, and how to get them back in. Is there a tool you can rent from a auto parts store, or is something a machine shop will have to do[:@][]

well worht paying the machine shop to do it i think he charged my 50$ including the bearings

x2.. not something you can just slap together with a BFH (big F***** hammer)
