Default Cam choice help

Hi guys I am really new to choosing camshafts for engines. I have a 94 Mustang that I swapped a 5.0L into. The 5.0L was out of an Explorer so its the GT-40P motor. It has 24lb injectors with 70mm throttle body plus the GT-40P heads and intake. I am looking to try and get the most power out of the motor as possible without going crazy and worrying about blowing up the lower end. I also dont want to have to put race fuel through it. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. I heard an E303 cam would be good but I also heard that camshaft is kinda dated. Thanks for your help guys.

If you are thinking about the e303 and like the specs it offers, look at the trickflow stage 1 cam. It's what I have in my motor (granted, it's not running right at the moment) and has a nice 2800-6200 rpm range. I'm using gt40p heads as well but with a stock 5.0ho intake for now.
