Good Paint & Body shop in LA area
Hey everybody, I'm looking for a good paint and body shop for my 1969 mach 1. I havn't removed any paint, but it looks like the only damage that has been repaired in the past is the doors. I don't know about bondo situations, but it'd only be int he doors. There is one dime sized rust hole in the corner or the rear window.
So basically my car is almost running and once we get it tuned up, aligned, and running good my dad mentioned us taking it to some body shops to get some quotes and get this baby painted. Does anyone know of some reputable shops for paint and body in the Los Angeles area? I'm located in Long Beach.
I plan to paint it the original Winter Blue color as I feel that it will add some value to the car, plus i like the color
Thanks to all in advance!

When you find out a good place, let me know. I posted pretty much the same thread a few weeks ago in the regional forum on this board and didn't get too many responses. I'm about 6 to 8 weeks behind you on the paint myself. Please post some of the estimates when you get them.

Will do! Looks like you got yourself a nice fastback there, it'll look great once painted. My plan is to remove as many parts on the car possible (such as chrome, trim, etc.) in order to keep labor costs down. Its only been a few months with my project, so any money saved is money that can go elsewhere (interior!!!!)
