Seat Belt Mating parts
OK, so I got these beautiful seats from a 2004 GT convertible. Basically like new. Charcoal black with a cool running horse at should height. They came with a nice rigid latching mechanism on one side, but no belts. What I would REALLY like to do is find matching belt, and one of those "inertial latch up" take up reels. The reel part would mount on the outside of each seat. I know a simple replacement belt system will work, but the "cool factor" wouldn't be as high. Anybody got ideas? Maybe a trip to the junkyard? I really prefer to do my shopping by computer (that's how I got the seats!)

good job on the score. if you don tmind my asking, how much did you get them for. are you gonna recover the back seats to match the front or what are you gonna do?i know there is the 3 point belt system you can get online and mate it up to the seats. you would probably have to change your latch with it though. keep us posted on this b/c i want to do this to the same year car

RE: Seat Belt Mating parts
Paid a littlemore than I had hoped to, but after looking for almost 2 years (and bidding a dozen times) I knew I really wanted these, since they are essentially NEW, so I bit the bullet and got them for $460 - that's 230 per seat, which is really cheap for a quality, OEM seat. Might be cheaper at a small rural junk yard, but around Cincinnati, the junk yards are 21st century, and so are the prices. This was a bargain!
