How much is it worth?

How much is it worth?
Okay so I never come in the classic section but I figured you guys would know more than off topic would. Today downtown I came across a car collector and started chatting about selling my car. He showed me the only other mustangs he had for trade/sell. He showed me a:
1970 Mustang Mach 1!
I was so excited to see it. I was wondering how much it is worth? To give you a background on it, it literally looked as if it came out of ford yesterday in 1970. The engine was the 351 obviously, and I would have had no problem eating off of it. The car looked brand spanking new. Had a CLEAN TITLE, proven on paper. 40k original miles on the clock! Bumper to bumper was original, even the engine. I seriously think someone bought this car in 1970 and drove it 1 mile a day since then and sold it a month ago to this guy.
The entire exterior was original, it was red with black stripes.Okay enough with the drooling over the looks of it. Under it was a clean undercarriage, no rust obviously. Oh and it was an auto if that counts for anything. Sorry no pics I never thought to take any but I will get some hopefully tomorrow.
So any of you classic freaks know how much it is worth? I dont want to get overcharged but he gave me a price and I think it is good. That and I would rather find out from people who know. Thanks classic guys!

RE: How much is it worth?
honestly, no one here is going to go out and buy it right under your nose. if you even give us a rough number around the amount he said without saying the exact amount, we can give you a better idea, that along with pics
