dont want to hurt your feelings but that was a terrible answer, it didnt help me at all and you might as well not have posted it . the quesiton was pretty simple , i asked what u might think it would cost to do whatever i listed, i can actually afford it very easily, i was just wondering around how much it would cost me for my own knowledge , thanks anyways

ive seen coil over kits that bolt in for the front for like 2 grand, not cutting or welding, bolts right in, i havent seen the back, but im sure u can put coil over springs in where the shocks go and get rid of the leaf springs, thats wat ive heard ne ways, new engine tranny rear end, all that stuff, can get expensive, basically it comes down to the more power the more money, but u can get like a 351 winsor crate engine for like 7 grand, with alot of *****, thats wat i know for now tho, good luck

Here is a conservative estimate:
7k motor
2.5k tranny/clutch/misc.
2k rear
4k coil over front and rear
2k r&p conversion
2k brakes
1.5 wheels/tires

Add the cost of the car, paint/bodywork, interior, etc. When completed, it may not be as fast as a late model and it probably won't handle as well either.

Yeah, you are right. I sounded flippant, didn't I? I apologize. I guess I just should have spent more time in telling you that these old dinosaurs are like a boat. They are a hole in the water in which you pour money. There is no end to the amount of money you can spend to make them the race horses you wish to make them. The technology is limited in comparison to the newer versions such as my Mach 1. The new technology will give you by far a faster, more reliable and cost effective hot rod. If you truly want a fast car that you can upgrade, then look at buying a 2000 and up Gt, Mach1 or Cobra. The draw to the old Classics is that they look unique, and CAN still give you ample power, but they are not as reliable and cost effective as the newer models. They are also very easy to work on since they don't have all the complicated chips and computers and EFI to make them run.
As a side note, did you guys note the sponge dice hanging from Dodgestangs rearview mirror. [:'(]

Has anyone here driven the 03/04 cobra? It is crazy fast...
I figure if I could put a Paxton Novi 1200 on mine, I could probably out accelerate it, but I already have 10:1 CR.
To build a daily driver that would outperform a new mustang would require at least as much as dodgestang spent, close to $30k. He did it right and ended up with a sweet ride...

Hey they matched the dice door locks and dice air caps on the wheels when I bought the car.....what do you think was the first customization I did when I got it

Put them right into the trash can.
