Default Need help what is this car worth

I found this car in a yard. I do not know anything about it and have not found anybody home to see if it is for sale, but will keep trying. Its a 71 or 72 Mach 1 with very little rust from what I can tell and no dents. Don't know if it runs or shifts. The interior looks ok no rips. I have herd its been sitting there for almost a year with out moving. Any idea what it is worth. Pics attached.

For what it's worth. I paid $4500 for my 71 Mach1. The one you're looking at is in a lot better shape than mine is/was.

Get under that bay and check the floor boards!!! Make sure the cowl doen't leak and the engine run fairly decent. Check the interior and make sure all gauges work and electrical is in tact. Good Luck!!!!

Looks like a 72 with a 302, that would be my guess. Make sure you check out the cowl vents and pans and everything under the car. I always tell my friends to buy from the bottom up. The cowls can be checked easy on these. Around here, by the outside, it would be about a 6-8k ride. Good luck.

from what i have found on my 71-73 stangs the worst spot for rust is in the engine bay around the hood hinges and frnt aprons, then the floor pans and trunk floor. but the frnt aprons are kinda tricky to replace but not impossible but require some confidence to pull the motor, and replace.
