You want to gain clearance but you want to keep the shelby drop? I don't get it. If the front needs to come up I would take out the shelby drop it doesn't cost anything except time. You can put it back if it doesn't work.

the shelby drop changes the geometry more than affects the height of thr car, it improves handling, when i did my drop, it lowered my car less than 1/4 of an inch,

ive found a set of 3/4 inch urethane spacers for the car that ill take down to something around 1/2-5/8 to see if i can get that 3/4 body height difference. I did the shelby arm drop on my car to help with the bumpsteer issue aslo improves the geometry to help it stay flat under cornering

66ckurt, no problem, i 100% absolutly love that company and web site, cheapest prices i found around, fast shipping (i get parts in 2 days with normal shipping) and the customer service is top notch. so friendly and courteous. if you call there ask for kevin. he knows alot about mustangs and they dont rush you off the phone, i once had a 45min conversation with him. anyway what do you mean that you found 3/4inch spacer and you'll take down to 1/2? are you talking about cutting them or grinding them down? bc if you are, im pretty sure you cant. i havea set of the spacers and the way their formed, you cant cut them.

well i found a 2 different sets 1 of them was urethane which come in 1/4 and 3/4"and the other was solid alumium are 1/2" and 1". Since i want 3/4" higher on thebody i figure i can grind them dowm to the right size, if theres a patern im hoping since its urethane i should still be able to hand sand or grind it back. its either that or i buy the 1/4 and hope i can get it up 1/2-3/4 with the original rubber tops for the springs.

i dont remember exactly, and i cant find the receipt. i want to say 1" but when i ordered it, the rep said it will raise it 2"s and it did. however its too high now. so im redoing the suspension again. (hence my other posts) also i thought i was ordering the aluminum ones, but got these instead. it didnt bother me bc i think these are better anyway. look closely in the pic though. do you see how there is a cut out. that is where the top of the coil sits into. so there was no need for that top coil bushing/insulator. this also is nice in case you want to custom cut the height of your coil spring. anywhere you cut on the top ring, it will still fit in the spacer.

on a side note. my front end doesnt look like this anymore. everything was grinded down and repainted, new parts are being putin, etc. also i have two of those coil spring insulaters if anyone needs them. like i said i bought new ones with the spacers, but didnt use them.
