hi guys do you know exactly how much oil is needed to fill the tranny from bone dry to get it to the full line?

I put in 4L so far and its still not showing anything on the dip stick. I ran out of oil gotta go tomorrow to buy some more. i thought 4L would ill it up but i guess i was wrong.

just wanted to make sure you werent putting oil in there, what transmission c4 or c6

5.5qt for c4
7qt for c6
