Electric fan not coming on

I've had trouble with mine too. I've gone through 3-4 and they still never seem to last. Mine will come on and then not shut off.

I removed the mechanical fan when I installed the electric. The electric fan worked exponentially better than the old fixed blade ever did.

I'm actually about to go buy a thermo switch this weekend. What temps are you guys running (Or, what temp SHOULD they be working at.. ) for a 180 therm? You guys running 200on, 185 off or something?
