It always came on before, I don't see how the current location in the thermostat housing would start giving shotty readings without reason. I also don't know of another location to place it on the inline 6 engine.

I'm actually about to go buy a thermo switch this weekend. What temps are you guys running (Or, what temp SHOULD they be working at.. ) for a 180 therm? You guys running 200on, 185 off or something?
