It comes down to what you want. I prefer poly because I'd rather have squeeking(which can be managed if they're greased properly during installation, and lubed periodically) than have suspension components moving all over the place.

I have poly on my sway bars - trick I heard which seems to work is take silicon tape and put around bar where poly mounts on. Works fine for me.

you could cut a groove in the bushing, then instal one of those grease nozzle things... that way you could lubricate the bushing without removing everything.
