Default How can I test turn signal wiring?

I have my passenger side turn signal out and am not sure about my driver's side bulb and can't really turn on the car to test them right now.

Pulled the passenger side bulb and it looks fine. How do I test to see if any power is getting to it? Is there two points that I can connect my multimeter to and check the resistance? The wires look like they go through the fender and I'm not quite sure I want to go there :O
