F5 is the door tag code for his interior.
As for the color break-down, the red pieces are only going to be the carpet and vinyl dashpad. Everything else is white.

White? Most likely dirty yellow by now. My 65 says palomino interior, but there are about three shades of palomino, so don't expect perfection with matching colors in these old cars.

I just got a book on how to restore and a chart in the back shows the 65 F5 is deluxe interior with red on the dash pad, speaker grille, lower windshield moulding, windshield post, visors, metal door surfaces, and qtr. trim panels. It shows white on the metal dash, steering column, kick panels, and door panels.

If the subject line of this post is the correct interpretation of F5 (white with red appointments) then I stick by my initial explanation: everything in the car would be white with the exception of the carpet and dashpad (and perhaps the seat belts). Those are the only items that would be red. The door panels and the metal parts of the door would be white, as would the lower part of the dash, the windshield posts, the console, the upholstery, and the steering wheel.
