Default 11" Drum Brake Question

I recently had a good friend very generously let me have a set of 11" drum backing plates he had laying around for a big bearing rear end. He also included the spreader bars and parking brake levers.

Rather than hunting down drums at a junkyard, I went to Summit and using they options feature was able to find a set of drums that were 11" in diameter, 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern, and uses 2.25" shoes. Turns out these were put on 67-68 Thunderbirds among other Fords and Mercurys.

So now my question would be; would a set of shoes and drum brake hardware for that same car work with these backing plates as well as drum brake cylinder?
