well that's all it took ...

thats what i started out with:

that's what it took for the car to start and keep idling, but it wouldn't rev past 1200-ish

and that setting should be fine now ... i couldn't really test that since the engine was already a bit warm from first test ... well we'll see

just in case people start drilling their choke plates when they experience problems

this is a DEMON ONLY modification. They don't have a choke pull off like holley and others ...

well that actually worked ?!
started the car this morning, temp was at freezing point (32F). started up straight, stalled, started again. Car kept running. I could even kick the accellerator a bit to get the alternator to charge (my car needs to rev above 1200 once after start for alt light to go off). i let it sit there for 2-3 mins. No problems, choke disengaged. I was so happy about it that I drove it straight to work. wouldn't usually do that on a cold day :-)
only thing it needs is a bit more on the fast idle. other than that all good :-) can't drive off straight since i couldn't rev it past 1500 as long as choke is engaged (undriveable). but warms up nicely in 2-3 mins :-)
