do i get rid of this light surface rust with a grinder?

Is there a rear bumper or is it painted?

i have the rear bumper but need need the hardware.

Oh, ok. Well, it's looking good, but all you need to remove that surface rust is some fine sandpaper, dont use a grinder.

well thats even easier. we are going to take the radiator off tomorrow and have it checked for repair.

Cool, yeah, using sandpaper might take it off and not harm the paint so much it done correctly. A grinder would take the paint off it no time.

thats just primer. im gonna paint it red or the origional black by christmas

OH, ok, then sand it down, and have fun. It looked white in the pictures.
