does this look like it can be repaired? the radiator is pretty new!

do i get rid of this light surface rust with a grinder?

Oh, ok. Well, it's looking good, but all you need to remove that surface rust is some fine sandpaper, dont use a grinder.

well thats even easier. we are going to take the radiator off tomorrow and have it checked for repair.

Cool, yeah, using sandpaper might take it off and not harm the paint so much it done correctly. A grinder would take the paint off it no time.
