Question Hard Steering

I have a 66 mustang coupe with steering problem.

It has Very Hard turning to the left but turns normally to the right.
Replaced the ps cylinder. Didn't help.

Need help determining if it is a gear box, control valve or
ball joint problem.

No clue!

Almost certain to be the valve.

When the brass bushing get restricted in EITHER direction sliding left or right to engage the spool travel, it will restrict turn one way or other.

Thank you.
Is it an easy rebuild or should I buy one? I have prety good skills but I
would be in unknown territory. Know good place to buy one at a resonable price?
