Hello again!

Went to the garage and had a look under the car. Everything looked fine, nothing damaged and the aligment adjustment felt correct. I cleaned everything and noticed that the rods felt like if they were moving around to much plus that the two bolts that attaches the linkages to the transmission were to tight. I changed that and took the car for a spin. Dont know if I have solved the problem, but nothing happened when I was driving. What do you all say? Could the bolts to the left have been to tight? To much torque and no grease?

Anyway I´m buying the kit from Glazier. 100% a 4-speed works on a 1971 and not only on a 1967? Will this eliminate the feeling that the shifter feel loose?

Thanks again for the help,

Thomas

Yes, and yes. The only side note is that the trunions may require a minor bit of sanding/grinding to fit. I had to grind mine a hair, although others haven't had that problem.
