looking for some seats to replace the old ones. I would like some newer model higher back seats. Anyone know what cars I can get some out of that have the same bolt holes so it's an easy switch in and out after I have them re-done in Black Leather!

I dont know exact specifications, but I know that fiero seats and fox body mustang seats are two popular choices for a seat swap in early model mustangs. As I recall there isnt much more required than drilling two rear bolts holes in the seat bracket (for the fiero), and I think that the fox body seats are a direct bolt in....

Just something to look into.

a lot of the guys get leather seats out of a 94-04 mustang you drill a couple of holes in them and they bolt to your stock seat tracks...and you can get them in leather...i like the Cobra and Mach 1 seats

there a a couple of us that have used 05-07 mustang seats on our cars have to use the old tracks and use some spacers to raise the seat a bit.

Have you looked at http://www.procarbyscat.com/ the rally and elite they sell bolt in adapters for and even sell a rear seat cover that matches both for your car.
