Default Need to boost power on a Lincoln Mk8 engine, help!

I'm building a modified 68 Vert using a Lincoln Mk8 32 valve engine. I read the rating is about 300hp as it sits but I'l like to boost it to between 400 and 450hp. Not sure I'm gonna change rods and pistons if I can keep it under the 450 Mark. I have a Garrett .48 compressor and 1.0 turbine side and was wondering what effect this would have if I used it. Again I don't want to go crazy on the power and think I will only need just above 400hp. Also I have searched the net for a calculator but haven't been able to fine one.
