Ozmustang

Hi All. I have a 64 1/2 260 V8 convertible Mustang and I decided to look at the front drum brakes. When I got the drums off I noticed that there was no self adjusting kit in either wheel. My 1965 manual says that they should be self adjusting and there is no mention in the 64 supplement that the brakes are any different. Just wanted to check to see if they should be self adjusting or not before I go out and buy a kit for both wheels. Thanks.
