Default Black car

This is my first black car, I finding out how difficult is to keep it clean, purchased it 3 weeks ago and so far keep the dust out with a CA duster but very soon will need more than that..anybody can help me and give some advise as to the nex steps to keep it clean? (paint is great and the PO have 4 coats of clear on it).
Thank you!

With black you really want to be extra careful.Inproper washing can cause swirls and marring,I would use the 2 bucket method to wash to minimize swirls. Use one bucket with your wash solution and the other bucket for your rinse water. Each time you do a panel rinse it out in your rinse water before you put it back in the bucket with your solution. Also make sure you are using good quality microfiber towels to dry with and to take off product. I would use the CA Duster if you havelot of dust on the paint.

If you are looking for some high quality detailing products that will look awesome on your black car check out my website!

Having 2 black daily drivers myself it can be a pain to keep them looking their best, especially in this Florida heat.

I try to wash them either early morning (before 10am) or later after (after 5pm). If I do it during the hottest part of the day, I usually have a friend or my wife help keep the car wet by spraying water on it as I was, then attack it with the towels to get it dry before it spots.

First investment I made was to purchased plenty of microfiber towels to help me remove the wax, etc. Wash and dry these by it self. Then I went to obsessivedetail.com and bought all kinds of great products Justin has listed on the site. Send him a quick email/PM and he'll set you straight on what to purchase. We will not rip you off.

I am actually quite surprised that after detailing my 2 black cars recently (both daily drivers), they stayed looking good for about a week and that is with daily afternoon Florida showers. I just washed my truck since it was detailed 2 weeks ago as it finally got noticably dirty and now I just hit it with quick detailer if its slightly dirty rather then bringing out the car wash stuff.
