Default How much vacuum do I need for power brakes?

We put a Mighty Demon 850 carbuerated427 with a radical cam in a 93 Cobra clone. The power brakesaren't getting enoughvacuum to work right. It's only putting out about 1-2 psi of vacuum at idle.Has anyone else ran into this? What's the best fix? Thanks
