this car has a misfire on cyndler 1 i change spark plug plug wire and coil pack not sure what else it could be?

check compression, fuel injector, injector wiring, and wiring for that coil.

you may even have to take it to a tunner and see just what is going on. istead of guessing. in our cars we have hypertech pistons and the worst thing we can do to them is run the engine with a misfire. not for sure about the 4.6 but i would not mess around with it...
