Too good of a deal to pass up
Well, yesterday I sold my saleen rim/tire setup. I was planning on getting my meth kit with it, but the guy buying the setup asked what i was planning on doing as my new setup. I told him i wanted to go with pro stars bigs/skinnies. He told me about a guy that had a rear rim/tire setup for sale, that was a steal. man, he wasnt kidding. Here is what i bought this evening:
The rims are 15x9 (yes 9, they are custom made...the 8's are too small and sit inside the fender, so the guy got them custom made to 9") with a 5.5 backspace. The tires are 275/60/15 MT ET Street Radials. THIS RIM/TIRE SETUP HAS 30 MILES ON IT. Yep, 30 miles. The guy even threw in lugs/center caps with the buy. I got this all for $500. He had $1100 for this custom setup. Now I just gotta work on getting the skinnies up front:

thanks guys, i definately think they blow away the saleen setup i had on. and most importatly, they should definately help me hook better! I'll keep everyone posted on how the blower cams/meth setup comes along. I'm almost done with the valve spring/retainer install....what a bitch
