Default Repairing seatbelts

Both of the seatbelts in my 89 gt do not stop when pulled fast. Is there any easy fix to this problem or do I need to buy new ones?

Take it apart and check the inertia wheel. It could have become plugged / snagged. . . I bet it broke, though.
But do fix it.. You need your restraint system.

I'm not sure if mine do either. Now go try some heavy braking applications from a good speed and pull on the belts.
