Cams.......Maybe a cam not two, thats for sure! You have a 5.0 correct which means you only have one cam
Why is it a problem if you have them?
Edit: Did you figure out what was wrong with your timing?Or firing order yet?

Do you have a chiltons book for your car??If not you should invest in one.It will answer all of your questions

well my friend has a timing light, so hes gonna come over and check it out for me when he gets a min.. and tell me if this makes any sense... i puled this from a guy who is selling his mustang and in the description he mentions this....

Defect: THE IGNITION SWITCH COULD EXPERIENCE AN INTERNAL SHORT CIRCUIT.
Consequences: THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE OVERHEATING, SMOKE, AND POSSIBLY FIRE IN THE STEERING COLUMN AREA OF THE VEHICLE.

i kinda got a feeling that maybe the ignition switch could be part of the problem, what do u think?

No way....Its not that .Hes talking about the Key ignition which in your case isnt your problem. Is your car skipping and running real rough? What is the firing order you used? And did you take all the wires and plugs out at once?
