Default What year did Ford switch from R12 to R134 refrigerant?

What year did Ford switch from R12 to R134 refrigerant in the Mustang?

Was it an instantaneous switch across the board, or was it a gradual thing over a couple model years?

So the 1995 Mustang I'm looking at would be R134 (the rad-shroud sticker is unreadable). BTW, the EPA cert can be obtained online for ~$25, I got one from "Mainstream Engineering" back in 1998/1999.
