93 ford mustang lx 4cyl please help

hello i have a 1993 ford mustang lx 4 cyl... When it is running for about ten minutes i loss almost all my power and the engine sounds weakened.. i replaced the alternator and battery. and cant figure what it is. can anyone help me?

havnt took it off to look at that yet.. can i run the car without it on?
