Default Which replacment battery?

I think the battery on my 2007 V6 is dying - there is blueish corrosion around the negative terminal and it sometimes needs to crank longer for the car to turn over. I'm trying to figure out what's the best replacement battery. I saw a lot of people going with the Optima Red Top or Interstate Mega-Tron. However, I did see some newer posts saying Optima recently moved their manufacturing to Mexico and the quality isn't the same so it isn't worth the premium price.

Does anyone have recommendations on what I should go with?

Also, the Interstate Mega-Tron comes in a 40R and 96R for my car. They both have 590 CCA. Does anyone know the difference?

Thanks,
Mark
