Default 05 mustang rear turn signal problem

Hi all, Ive been searching for some help On my 05. I have no turn signals on the center rear tail lights. First thing I did was change the two bulbs, didnt help so I changed all the bulbs, no help so i started checking wires. The red and white wire that comes out of the smart junction box that feeds those two lights has no juice. The outer bulbs work but blink super fast. Any thoughts?
thanks!

Only the outer two bulbs of the three on each side work as turn/brake lights.

Do the proper bulbs light with the brakes, 4 total? Could be the multi-function switch.

Yes all the brake lights work fine. Also when the hazards are on the center bulbs still dont work and the outer ones blink super fast. Thanks for the quick reply!

I would investigate the multi function switch.
