Default trick flow cam stage 1

I'm going to put a trick flow stage 1 cam in my car can anyone tell me if I need to change out my springs or what on heads help please!

Not sure of the specs vs the stock cam but you may need new pushrods.

You didn't mention any other mods to your motor, so I'm assuming it's all stock, heads, pistons, rockers, etc. A stage 1 should be fine, but PTV should always be checked to be sure.
