A/F ratio gauge can you make it wideband?
I got this mustang used and it had a AF raito gauge on it but it bounces around and from what i can tell it is a narrowband gauge, just asking is it possible to just get a wideband senor and install to this gauge or you have to get a new gauge as well
Heres thr gauge

Yes that is a narrow band, nice "light show" gauge. And no, you can't just get a sensor and have it read wide band. There is more to it than just the sensor, the gauge has to be able to read the data being fed to it.

Yep, ^^^
You'll need a wideband gauge and a wideband o2 sensor. Stock o2's are narrow band. You'll also need a weld in bung to mount the wideband sensor.
For mine, I just camped out on Craigslist and found a complete used set for $120. Welded the bung myself, and away I went. Very nice to have.
