What octane shioul I run with my SCT?
I'm scheduled to receive my car within the next three weeks. When the car arrives, right of the bat it's going to get 4.10's, Steeda CAI, Borla Cat-backs and the SCT X-Calibrator.
What octane should I use with the flash for performance?

depends on if you asked them to program it for...they can program it to run on all of the upgrades and 89 octane or all the way up to 93 octane. thats something you are gonna have to ask the vender directly that is programming your box

Why not go with multiple octanes? We set up our customer cars with different octanes so they have the choice to run 93 or even 87. That way you can run 93 at the strip, and 87 on road trips. Our X-cal's we send you will have up to 3 tunes if that is what you want. To answer your question though you will get more power with the higher octane because the engine can be tuned more aggressive. Even with 87 though, you will have better throttle response and more power.
