Not only is MGW products top of the line there customer service is some of the best in the industry. I had a problem with my shifter linkage arm, not even an mgw part, and George went out of his way to find the part i needed and mail it out to me for only the cost of shipping. I've heard many other customer service stories about mgw as well. Always above and beyond

Default Shelby or Roush comments anyone?

I had looked into the MGW and Hurst. Overall the MGW had poor reviews, actually the lowest scores in the group tested. Though it was said to be very smooth, many complained of long throws and little improvement over stock and best for passive daily driving. The Hurst scored well though most said it was "notchy" and best suited for track use. I really like the look of the Shelby shifter. Appears to be extremely well made and it's adjustable. I was hoping someone had one and could comment? The Roush also looks to be a quality part. BTW, I couldn't find any reviews on either Roush or Shelby. Here is a link to the Shelby. http://www.mossmustang.com/Shop/View...eIndexID=67402

yah there is a thread about that article on here somewhere. try and find it but i wouldnt base your decision off of that. The margin between first and last was only like .5 or something if i recall correctly. more than a few people on here have switch to the MGW from the hurst. The MGW is fully adjustable and the article does not say what it was adjusted to. You can raise/lower the handle to fit your preference AND the length of the throw is adjustable from like 25% to 75% iirc. Notice you dont see many MGWs in the classifieds but you can pretty much find a hurst anytime.

...and dont forget the infamous Hurst rattle :/

well I currently own a hurst but am awaiting my pro 5.0 in the mail so I will give you my opinion soon... My eventual dislike for the hurst lead me to 5.0, your choice. I think shifters are a really personal thing though

MGW for me, I have mine at about 35% less throw and it has worked perfect for me.

Very easy install, considering that all I have done on a car before was putting on a CAI, that does say quite alot of the installation instructions ^^

No weird noises, no rough throws, smooth and perfect!

I have had the MGW for 9 months now. I have driven the hurst as well and would not trade the MGW for anything on the market even if they gave it for free and installed it for free.

MGW or Steeda, the only 2 choices in my opinion.
