Limped home today and SCT won't read codes.

Fixed! You're not gonna believe it...
Basically since I can't read any error codes for some reason I had to try other things to troubleshoot the problem.
I knew it was something wrong with the throttle body.
I found that if I pulled the intake tube off and pushed on the throttle plates to move them open/closed a bit, then put everything back together it would run fine for a while.
So, I bought a new throttle body (newtakeoff.com).
Put it on tonight. Still bad... WTF...!!!
Now I've tried pushing and wiggling every connector in the engine bay while it was running to see if something was loose. Tried this several times in the past few weeks.
For some reason this time when I pushed on the throttle body actuator connector it started running properly.
Turns out if I pushed on it just right it would run fine. Let go and it was crap.
So I pull the connector apart and yes, one of the connector terminals was F'd up a bit.
It was completely loose when pushed onto the actuator motor connector.
The contact wiper was bent all the way down inside the pin so it didn't wasn't making good contact at all.
Bent it back into proper shape, fits tight. Everything works fine now...
Thanks Ford.
Anybody need a stock throttle body?

I cleared the check engine light just fine with the SCT but it won't read anything...

Well... few weeks ago also on my car electronic throttle control light turned on. As already said limp home mode is really pain in the ***, but luckily I was only few minutes away from home.
I've read that change in weather conditions can cause this problem. On the day when this happened it was very cold with heavy wind and snow (I was driving around 70 km/h... 45 mph). After that day light never turned on again (and I hope it never will again)... thank's god for that, hehe.
