The electric water pumps that I've seen are supplied with a free spinning pulley so there's no need to change any belts or belt routing. There was a group buy recently for a decent price. Most sites that have them for sale also have online installation tutorials.

I have had a Meziere on my car for three years with no issues. It works great for cooling the car at the track between runs or Dyno pulls at my tuners shop. If you are looking for a HP increase you will be dissapiointed, if there is any increase to the rear wheels it is very little.
I recently installed a Steeda underdrive crank pulley, you can not change the ePumps pulley so you need to get a shorter belt to use the two together. The stock belt is 101.58 inches and the belt you need is 99.08 inches. The Gates belt number is K060990 but you can cross reference that number to Goodyear or Dynaco etc. I got a Dynaco for about $30.00.
If you use stock sized pulleys there is no need to change the belt.
