19" stock 2010's on my 06 GT ????

Those 19's with 255's will fit fine. I'm not a big fan of taller wheels and shorter sidewall personally and I'd also be a little concerned about the additional rotational mass but I doubt you'll even feel the loss. Just be prepared for a little tramlining on truck-rutted roads due to the 255's up front compared to the stock 235's. But that, too, shouldn't be too bad; not like my 275's.
