I have a CAI intake kit and a K&N air filter and the Cervinis Dual ram air hood..I've noticed that the air filter rubs against the top of the hood a very small amount, is that bad? Also, when I'm accelerating there is a whistle noise of air, i know with the intake you hear a different sound but it's not something from the intake. I'm just curious if anyone else has a similar issue.

If it's not from the intake you may have a vacuum leak. feel all around the intake all the way up to the throttle body and make sure everything is tight and no leaks are felt. Back and front.

Also... did you ever listen and see if its the air from the ram air hood that is just whistling?
