Default Burning Brake Smell

I have a 12 GT with the Brembo Brake Package. I just had my brake fluid flushed and replaced with DOT 3 brake fluid. Now every time I drive the car it smells like the brake pads are burning. I'm not using the brakes hard, just daily driving. This didn't happen before during normal driving just for racing did the brakes ever smell like this. The pads were not changed out either. Is this normal or should I take it back in and have it checked out? Thanks.

Sounds like a caliper locking up, most common one on the S197's is the r/r.

It's just weird that it would start doing that so randomly. You'd think the dealership would have noticed and told me if they saw a caliper looking in bad shape.

It's not an external issue that locks it up, usually the piston seal on the inside binds up. A clogged or collapsed brake hose can also do this, perhaps during the brake fluid flush some debris instead of being flushed out got caught somewhere. All speculation though.

I'll check on the brakes to see if they are binding. Thanks for the help.
