The air/fuel is not a wide band, just the nice light show of a narrow band. So more than likely the gauges are just for show.

Take a look at a picture of a stock engine - if there is a blower on top with this one, or a centri mounted between the air intake and throttle body, or a turbo mounted then you have your answer. The pictures don't have a good head on shot, but from what is there I don't see an intercooler either which would be another sign of forced induction (unless you are a ricer and mount one just for show as I've seen)

Go look at it, take a picture of the engine bay and post it up and we can tell you for sure.

As far as nitrous, I don't see the switches for nitrous - although there is a red button on the console that could be a purge button. But without an arm switch if it does have a purge, then that is probably just for show as well.

People really do that? I'll start telling people my AFCO dual pass is for show. $400 too look like I have a supercharger, LOL!

Do autos idle at 15 inHg of vacuum? My manual pulls 22 inHg at idle, idles set at 750. Maybe it has a cam or a vacuum leak, lol!

Hmm... for comparison, I paid $17,9 for an 08 GT with 39,996 miles on it, bone stock...

I live near there and know exactly which car this is. It's been on the lot since last summer sometime. Those sales people are trying to get you to come in, or are complete idiots because I can see from Lake street when the hood was up that it has a procharger and air to air intercooler. I could meet ya if you want to go check it out.

$17k for an '06 GT???? It had BETTER be SC'd with more than just the SC, too. You can get clean 05 and 06 GT's for $10k - $14k.

Just saw the interior pics. It's an auto so the button is most likely a line lock for the front brakes. Pretty good indication that it's been drag raced! Lol!

Yea, I feel like this car may have been abused a little lol

I am fairly knowledgeable about stangs, all the upgrades in my sig were done by me with the exception of the 4.10 gears; its just that I don't really know superchargers. I am man enough to ask for help to avoid f'ing up

I LOVE those new 5.0's but can't afford one right now with a mortgage and other bills!

I haven't gone and seen the car yet. But from doing a little research I am hesitant to purchase a used supercharged stang.

I feel my 03GT had around 300 HP although I never dyno'd it. I also drive an 08 CTS which has 304 hp (but weighing in at about 4200lbs its slow as hell) so I want a car with more power. Not sure how I feel about the 300hp stock GTs being enough

See if you can find a used 2011 or 2012 hell 2013's are considered used now. The 5.0 will give you a nice 420 hp base to work with. Well it will be a tad less on the 2011 & 12 but not by much.
