Default Puked the rear in my 2013, need gear suggestions?

So I am up in the Allentown area, trying to go visit some friends. I come across a dude in an SS Camaro Dressed exactly like Bumble Bee... needless to say we get into it, but rt 22 is packed so I keep it pretty low profile, I veer off onto rt 33 North, which is empty, surprisingly, he follows me onto the ramp and decides to gun it. I come from 6th into the 4th and slam the accelerator.

5th, 6th approaching 140 on the speedometer, and i have 5-7 car lengths on him, , I hear Spewwwww, knew immediately I blew the pinion seal. Since my switch to 3.73s, then 4.10s, I have went through 2 pinion seals as I have been having way to much fun. Suddenly I hear a loud whine, bring it back to about 120 it quiets up... start approaching 140 again... The whine gets louder, so I call it a day. He is beat, car is for sure spraying gear oil as I can smell it.

Pull off into the WaWa onto 248 for smokes and a drink come out and I have a puddle under the car.

Drive it to my ex-brother-in Laws house, we get it on the lift... Gear oil everywhere, pinion seal shot, drive shaft has so much play it is like a joystick on a pac-man machine.

We fill the gear oil back up and drive to a rear shop outside of bath, pa... sure enough rear is puked, needs a rebuild.

So the question is.... return to 3.73s, re-install a new 4.10 kit, or go higher(4.30) or maybe 3.90s?

Thoughts? opinions?

Id say stay with 3.73, you have a pretty low 1st gear as is. Most people lose time at the track going 4.10 or lower. Why are you blowing so many pinion seals? Differential vent isnt plugged is it? Maybe make it a bit bigger to let the pressure out. Also make sure the pinion preload is correct, that may be a culprit.

Well this did have the TSB performed for the vent tube, after the gear install we did in April... So I dunno what the issue could be

You may want to go ahead and put an Eaton carrier in while you are at it. Yours is already toast, and the Eaton is alot stronger.
