bogs down while shifting gears

Its stick. Ive done all the simple things. Spark plugs are only a year old. Brand new tube for the.cold air intake. Cleaned my filter. Cleaned my throttle body and maf sensor and changed my fuel filter all last week. It does it regardless if im slowly accelerating or jumping on it. The tune I have is a couple years old....nothing to in-depth. ..I bought the intune I1000 a few days.ago and they're writing a custom tube for what I have on the car. If it continues after the new tune then im assuming it's time for a new throttle.body....im lost on why this happens ...It's nearly every day now....mostly when the car is cold

You did mention it does it more when it is cold? That to me says it's tune related.
