Default 2007 TR3650 which GM Syncromesh fluid

Stopped in at our local Gm Stealership. They have two different Syncromesh fluids:

PN 89021808 Synthetic

PN 10953509 Semi Synthetic Friction Modified

I would assume the full synthetic version is what I need.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm going to try the synchromesh next. Right now I have Mobil 1 and the shifts are nice but I keep hearing good things about the synchromesh. I think you're supposed to use the one without friction modifier.
