I'm looking for a new exhaust for my GT that'll be a bit louder than stock, but not too much louder, with a good, deep, rumbly sound, any suggestions? Right now I'm looking at the Flowmaster American Thunder axle back's but I don't have any way of hearing them in person without just buying them.

Don't know what your budget is. From what I have read the Flowmasters will give quite a bit of cabin drone.
My personal favorite is Corsa Sports. Pricey, but I think their worth every penny. Also, Corsa=zero drone, period. They sound great.

I love my Macs. Not expensive, polished stainless steel finish (looks like a mirror), 4in slanted rolled tips, they grumble and rumble. I have heard of the drone from flowmasters a lot. I think you can do better honestly.

My Macs are the muffler style and not the resonator tips (boom tubes) and if you do not have an offroad pipe, they wont be obnoxiously loud. They gave me car quite an aggressive bark. I know your position, trying your best to find the perfect set with limited sound clips and an obnoxious no-return policy. Im just saying i love my mac mufflers and if i had to do it all over i would buy them again.

You'll get a lot of Borla suggestions but I recently choose Bassani axle-backs, they drone while breaking them in but after this initial period, they quieten down, loud WOT, burble idle, so far I am happy.
