Default Value of 03 Mach I using OEM parts vs replacement parts

My husband was plowed into yesterday while driving my 03 Mach I Can anybody help with what the future value of the repaired car would be using OEM vs replacement parts....insurance company is cheap and won't use OEM because they cost more...DUH.... the damage was to driver side front fender, bumper, and strut. Just get the money from the insurance and search for the parts yourself on the forums/ebay and have it repainted. There is no after market hood on these mach 1's or at least from what I know unless you want to spend a grip and get a carbon fiber which I doubt that's the case. You can easily find the fenders and the bumper since the GT/Mach 1 use the same. Headlights can easily be replaced I have seen OEM on the forums sale section. Problem with after market is some times they don't line up properly. Hope this helps.
